How can remove iCloud account after restore to iOS 7.1.1 in iPhone 5s?

hi i have problem
i restored my iPhone 5s to 7.1.1 after it get a message that need old apple id whenever i can't access to old apple id :(
can anyone help me?

It looks like you had Find My iPhone enabled, so if you want to use your device, you will need to enter your iCloud login details to use it.
