iPhone Won't Connect to Wi-Fi

So long story short my friend installed an app called HotSPot Shield VPN on my phone to access restricted websites that the school would not allow. After playing around with it, I didn't want it anymore so I deleted the app and certificate it came with.
Unfortunately, when installing this certificate, it made changes to my Wi-Fi settings, and now everytime I try to connect to my Wi-Fi network it says "Incorrect Password" when I know the password is correct.
I tried Resetting Network Settings and Reset All Settings but nothing worked. I'm jailbroken on iOS 6.1.4 and if I restore I go to iOS 7.1.1 which I do not want. Is there any way in fixing this?
