recycling recovery mode please help

I recently purchased an iphone 5s. In effort to move all my info from my Iphone4 to my 5s, My iphone 4 is stuck in recovery.
I have a lot of pictures backed up to this app i purchased plus other important information.
I have my iphone functional on a backup i made in march.
my power button is broken and no program i download helps. IF a program removes it from restore mode the phone resets and goes right back to it. Is there any way to get out of recovery mode or get my data that is on the apps? thanks in advance
