you can rejailbreak your devices how many
times you want but it is not recommended,
that's all I can tell you about this ...
And of course I'm as surprised as you are
about the Cydia icon desappearence :-( -
Maybe you have just moved it to another screen. How about checking out your applications? Maybe that will help.

You can rejailbreak with evasi0n 7. But first backup everything you need, not to lose it, in case something went wrong. And if this doesn't work, the only choice left is to restore your iDevice.

THANK YOU FOR ALL OF YOUR COMMENTS ! i don't know how but it just disappeared after i reset my ipad settings , all of the cydia apps even movie box and iappfree disappeared but i can still open it on safari by typing cydia:// .. :-/

i already rejailbreak my ipad but the cydia icon is still not appearing :( don't know what to do now.

Luna, try going down to your dock and open an app see if the Cydia icon is hiding behind one of your dock icons. Last resort restore from back up.
