im trying to open tinyumbrella but it won't launch , i've installed so many versions and latest java and tried to select all compatibility and run as admin. and also don't launch, whats that problem could it be solved please ?

i'm now on windows 8 and tried on another PC which have windows 7 and the result is the same, not solved. so?
