Pangu and Windows 8?

Everyone I've come in contact with that wish to use Pangu have all agreed that it doesn't work with Windows 8. When you try to open it a message pops up saying that it isn't the right version and to contact the provider to get the compatible version, but there's only one Pangu haha. Does anybody know what I might be doing wrong or if the Pangu team will fix this problem in the next release?

I used it in windows 8 and it worked just fine…you should probably run it in administrator mode.
