My iphone 5 was jailbroken at version 7.0.6, so q pangu jailbreak came out, I restored to 7.1.1 version, even without having done the jaibreak, the carrier signal is falling and turning. Before restoring is 9 dots in tower operator, now is at most 3 and drops to 2 and the end is unsigned, is seeking and then back to 3 balls, and then drops the signal again, what should I do?

It has nothing to do with jailbreaking, especially since you're seeing the same issue after restoring your device.
You could try couple of things:
1. Try resetting the Network Settings to see if it helps (Settings > Reset > Reset Network Settings) - Note you will lose all your Wi-Fi and VPN settings and will have to setup all over again.
2. Hardware reset your iPhone by holding down the Home and Sleep/Wake (Power) button simultaneously till you see the Apple logo. -
I just started to restore it, so it ends, try their tips, thanks.

Did your tip, but kept going for at most 3 balls and suddenly is seeking service.
Even after restored remains the problem before I restore to 7.1.1 iphone was perfect, with a maximum tower operator. -
It looks like a issue with the carrier. You could try in another area to see if you observe a similar issue or take your device to an Apple Store to debug the issue.

stranger who was perfect before restoration, it seems some conflict or something, is there another way to format it and erase everything that is not for itunes?

Unlikely, but restoring it should do the trick.

I think apple's discussion page will answer your inquiry. I can't share any link here and I am sorry. I hope your problem will get solve pretty soon.

Problem solved, it was coincidence, at the same time that restored the iphone, gave the carrier problem.
