help after jailbreak ios 7.1.2

hi, i think this is important !
i have iphone 4s and running on IOS 7.0.4 and my phone doesn't linked to any account and setting>icloud doesn't have any email.
then i updated it to ios 7.1.2 and jailbreak it, after few time cydia was disappeared !
i choose to restore my phone full restore and re-jailbreak , when i restored my iphone , it stuck on activation step and ask me to enter the email linked to and the password !!!!!!! and before update or restore i'm sure that my phone doesn't have an icloud email linked to or used icloud to turn on find my phone !
so whats that problem ? is that mean my phone is hacked or something else ?
please experts help me with that, if i choose to call apple well it help me ?
