Safari visual glitch

It doesn't do this in any other app, and this only happens if I open multitasking from Safari. I don't know why, and when, but it's fixed while in Safe Mode and not otherwise. It must be something I got from Cydia.
I'm using iOS 7.1.1 and if you need it, I can tell you everything I have installed from Cydia.

It does look like some tweak is causing it. If the issue started recently, you could start by uninstalling the recently installed tweak to see if it resolves the issue.
