Jailbrake problem after updating to 7.1.2 from 6.1

i have a few jailbroken programs on my Ipad2, when i upgraded to 7.1.2 3 apps turned dark and will not open, when i hold down on the app it wiggles an x comes up and it asks me if i want to delete, but nothing happens.

I tried to locate them in appcake but we're no longer available. So I want to delete them.

I am pretty sure they have to be deleted through cydia....
