They also changed the search feature to only search by title of the app, not by descriptions. So all the apps with "keywords" won't help them anymore.
And also there are graph charts of how many stars of each vote there are! This is really cool.

You are right, the graph which displays number of votes that an iPhone app got for a particular rating is new as well. Thanks for highlighting it.
However, the search feature doesn't seem to look only at title (thankfully). If you search for say "puzzle" it shows up apps like Tetris and Bejeweled which is as expected. Just looking at the title wouldn't have been the right solution.

I think the option to rate an iPhone app without posting the review in iTunes is also new.
