Accidentally deleted cydia on 7.1.1 (pangu jailbreak)

I need a way to reinstall cydia on the iphone without restoring the phone to factory settings. I have been searching around for like 3 days and I cannot find a way that will reinstall cydia with pangu jailbreaks other than to restore.

Did the same thing. Except I updated iOS to 7.1.2 due to some error. How can i re-install cydia for 7.1.2 ?
