Pangu 1.1 issue

Good morning, I downloaded one point one from pangu, ran the program, and when the box pops up the jailbreak button is GRAYED out and at the top where it is supposed to say plug in your device mine says loading resources please wait it's been doing that for hours. I have uninstalled reinstalled and to no avail. Can anybody please help me with this issue of loading resources please wait because I am baffled. Thank you ever so much for your time great website!

Try to run Pangu as an administrator. Right click on the Pangu exe and click on Run as Administrator.

If that doesn't help, try run it with Windows 7 compatibility mode.
