Hi. Could anyone please tell me if jailbreaking would be likely to give me back my Wi-Fi on iPhone 4S, which has been greyed out since updating to IOS 7.X?

To answer your question, jailbreaking won't fix it.
But have you tried to hardware reset your iPhone? Check this video if you need help:

If that doesn't work, you can also try resetting Network settings (Settings > Reset > Reset Network Settings). However, note you will have to reconfigure Wi-Fi networks, Bluetooth devices, VPN etc.

I've already tried those, with no luck. Thanks for your reply anyway.
I'm due an upgrade next month, so I guess I'll just have to grit my teeth for a few weeks more! -
I did try everything you suggested again though, just in case the wind changed and it decided to work!
