So i by passed the icloud lock screen, but what to do next? iphone4 ios 7.0.4

Here is the thing, ive by passed the icloud lock using a set of programs, that conects to device and change some informations,then i replaced some files, and took it out of the loop start using Tiny Umbrella. OK
after that, i can acess the iphone and start every app, there was no icloud account in it, i logged into a another account, i can download apps and stuff.
problem is, carrier isnt working, and when i conect to the itunes, it still atached and blocked asking for the ancient icloud password.
does an body no some sort of solution to that?
