Need Help with JB on Ipad 7.1.2

Greetings,
I recently JB my ipad running 7.1.2 and whenever I slide to open it, it re-springs. It also shows no icons prior to the restring , only the wallpapers. I used Pangu 1.2.1.

It could be due to a tweak that you installed recently.
You may want to try to use the volume up trick to disable the tweak. You can check this post on how to use the volume up trick:

Thanks for the help. But, I've not installed any tweaks yet. This is happening right after the JB. Restoring the ipad to the most recent back-up isn't even working. :(

It looks like it is due to the Pangu bug. You can try if any of solutions mentioned here work:

When you say restoring is not working what do you mean?
