Can't install themes from Winter board after 7.1.2 untethered Pangu

I spend freaking hours trying to install a damn theme and none of the themes i search for installs after I respring it from winterboard. Am I doing something wrong here? Also, when I go into "Themes" in Cydia main menu, all of them are charging me and asking me to purchase them. Why can't I install a theme from Big boss and get winterboard to respring it?

Winterboard is currently not compatible with iOS 7.1.2, which is why it is not applying the theme.
