"Wolfenstein 3D Classic" Available on the App Store for $4.99; But Exact Same Game "Wolf3D" Available on Cydia for Free
The App Store version of id Software's iPhone game Wolfenstein 3D Classic is now available on the App Store. Its available on the App Store for $4.99. Interestingly, iPhone hacking expert ZodTTD has also released Wolf3D which is a free version of the game on Cydia for the jailbroken iPhone....

Seriously though, how can they get away with charging $4.99 in the Apps store, if John Carmack released the source code for FREE? I mean all they've done is build the source code.

To quote another forum: "they are not the same game, because the version that was released via Source Code is not the full game and only includes the first Shareware episode. The one on the AppStore has all 6 six episodes."

Just checked it then. The jailbreak version DOES include all 6 episodes.
