i spent 3 hours trying to download this update at library on wifi gave up an came home next day tried agin for a hour an gave up now the updates still tring to downloat even when i turn the data off its a iphone 5 how do i stop this update from downloading an eatin my data it seem s like it got a mind of its own i tried hard reset network reset to no avail help pleast
