Hi;
i would like to know about an error message while i am trying to update my iPhone to a newer version iOS, my current iOS is 7.1 while i was trying to update it to 7.1.2 after almost 70% of update process and error message displayed on screen (Software Update Failed "An error occurred downloading iOS 7.1.2") and now i have the same problem with iOS 8 update as well !!

Make sure your internet is stable before doing the update.
