jailbreaking iphone 4 using pangu

Hi, after jailbreaking using Pangu i got the Cydia App on my Iphone 4. few mins later i noticed that i could not open my Email and Safari Apps, then afterwards all my Apps were gone leaving me with a blank background...I had to restore my iphone to factory settings...
any suggestion please

yes what you gana do is this connect ur phone to the itunes and allow it to found the phone en u update it so that the cydia will be remove and all ur apps and things will be back no need to restore it . and if still u willing to jailbreak u can do jailbreak it back .
