iPhone 4s front and back glass modification without camera holes

Hi I was trying to find a place that would sell the front and back glass of the phone without the camera holes for work security reasons. If there is anyone that could help me out I would appreciate it. I don't mind if it is custom made, but I don't know exactly who to contact to have it made either.
