On my iPad installed 8.2 befor 8.0

pls help what do I do? I can't get 8.0 prompt anywhere everything says I'm up to date but except the new features are not there, no iCloud Drive ect. How can I get the software update to update to 8, it was there than it was replaced by the 8.2' so I never installed 8
