Photos On my IPad 2 have moved folders after IOS 8 update ???

How do I get my photos back in their proper folders after the so called upgrade IOS8, ??
I have tried syncing with my laptop photos section in Apple ITunes, my photos on my laptop are still in the correct folders, I have tried hard rebooting the ipad2, iCloud syncing etc..
Any ideas ? Has anyone else come across this problem ?
