WIFI Timed out During Update!!! help

My wifi timed during the update. It does not show that it is connected in my iTunes, but it is still plugged in.The screen has been like this for at least 30 min. should I eject from my computer? Should i try to hold down the power button?

Not sure if picture worked, but it shows that its in the middle of restarting but it's frozen
