i updated my iphone 4s to ios 8.0.2
after updating my device i was facing no service problem
then i visit this bloh and find a solution and according to it i downgraded to ios 8.0 but still now i can't make a phone call
please help me ASAP :(

That's strange. Did you try to hard reset your device to see if it helps? Or putting your device in AirPlane mode and then turning it off.
