Updated to iOS 8 and jailbroken it

Ok so I just jailbroke my iPod 5 and I'm on ios 8.1 and I'm wondering because I don't have Cydia on it. So.. Should I restore and wait or will pengu release a way to get cydia from the app you get when u download it?
