My little iPod touch gen 4 is not getting the option to get the latest software upgrade. Does anybody else have this same problem??

You wont get ios 8 on the unit, same reason you couldn't ios 7, it "supposedly" cant handle the newer software due to memory issues, i'm in the same boat ios 6.16 was the last possible update
