It's been updated to fix the 32bit devices that had specific background processes that would use too much cpu and quickly drain the battery and cause everything to go very slowly

Another update from Pangu 0.4 this should fix the safari crashing issues on 32 bit, which I was having in ipad and iPhone 4s, seems ok so far
