No usb connection to ipad after restore with Pangu 1.2.1

I have done a restore of the stock firmware 8.1 with pangu I cannot access my ipad through USB anymore.
the iPad is not recognized anymore, when I connect it to my machine it says device not recognized.
when looking in the device manager it is listed as: Unknown USB device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)
I have a problem now, since I want to restore some apps which I have backed up before on my computer.
How could I solve this ?
