Please tell me how to back up pandora downloader files for restore

I have a huge amount oftracks in pandora that i would like to put on my computer, or at least put back on the phone after a restore.
The phone will not be jb anymore, so is there a way to get these on itunes, and put them on the phone just like a purchased file??
