Restore From Jailbroken backup to a Jailed Iphone.

Hi. I just want to assure if we backup our iphone when its jailbroken and then use it to restore a new jailed iphone, will it create any kind of bootloop problem or not?
Actually i just got a fresh iphone and restored my data from a jailbroken backup and found something fishy in it as when i try to reset the network settings or reset all settings, i face a long time apple logo appearing on the screen and nothing happens i.e so called boot loop problem.
If i problem is genuine then how to restore data from jailbroken backup without anything fishy in a fresh Jailed iphone.

I doubt there is anything fishy going on. There is probably some conflict that is causing the issue.
