Lightning bolt connector not work and need to remove Jailbreak for warranty

Hey there, I am a bit desperate to unjailbreak my Iphone 6 plus so I can take it back to get a warranty replacement but the problem is the lightning bolt connector is malfunctioning and it periodically connects then drops out again every couple of minutes. When I plug it in it says the cable is unsupported even though its an apple one. I have tried the Cydia tweak support unsupported devices to no avail. I'm wondering if its possible to some how do an ota with the Pangu jailbreak or if anyone has any other suggestions. Was thinking of maybe doing a remote wipe but I don't think that will get rid of the Jailbreak either. Any help would be gratefully received.
