'cellular' turns automatically off when locking phone

Hello,
I have a jailbroken iphone6, and the last couple of days i think (maybe longer). I have trouble with my 'cellular'. When i lock my phone the 'cellular' turns automatically off. I need to manually turn this on. I don't know which tweak it is. So maybe some of the people here are familiar with this. Please help!!
