Reset iCloud without password, security answers or email addy used?

I happened to meet the man my mama warned me about, my screen name says it all. He hacked my iCloud, changed the password, hijacked the email addy that was used, and changed the answers to my security questions. Of course, Apple was useless, much of the info on here is like a foreign language to me. It is an iPhone 4. I am willing to jail break, prison break or lunch break it, whatever break I need to.HELP!
