How do I fix this ultrasn0w (1.2.8) error on my iphone 4s 7.1.2 version

I successfully installed cydia but each time I try to install ultrasn0w, its tell me
sub-process/usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 255

I don't know what else to do.

How did you do the JB? by ultrasn0w?
maybe you should try Pangu

Yes it was jail broken by pangu. it is the unlocking part that gives me problems

when am facing problems with cydia installations i do a "system-clean-up" with iCleaner...

I downloaded ifile but when I clicked on cydia, nothing came out to edit.
