Does anyone know how to fix? I have iOS ver 8.1.2 on my iPhone 6 Plus.

It is possible that it clashes with a tweak as we haven't heard of anyone reporting it.

Do you have an idea which tweak is likely to cause the crash?

recently the Tweak u INSTALL it UNINSTALL THAD TWEAK

It is difficult to say which one. You could try deleting Inbox and reinstalling it to see if it helps.
You can try uninstalling mail related tweaks first and see if it helps resolve the problem.
If that doesn't help, then you can uninstall tweaks one at a time and see which fixes the problem.
