Restoring OEM 8.1.3 firmware and/or removing Taig JB feature while keeping OEM apps

Hi
I currently have the 8.1.2 firmware with the TaigBreak 1201 Jailbreak app installed and want to ditch the Jailbreak feature all together while keeping all the non-broken apps installed. Can I do this by installing the 8.1.3 FW file that I manually downloaded and doing a 'restore' from within iTunes? Will this install the OEM 8.1.3 FW and leave my apps alone or will I have to re-install all the apps I downloaded (all but 3 are freeware apps).
Or...is there is a way to uninstall just the Jailbreak (Taig) app by itself ??
