I have a iPhone 4 with ios 8.1.2, and I'm triying unlock the iPhone without the SIM... How I can unlock the iPhone doing like a hactivate?

There is no software based unlocking method for iOS 8.1.2. You need to try the IMEI based unlocking solutions.

has anyone been able to get an unlock code that I could install
