Iphone cannot sync because iphone cannot be found problem!

Has anyone experienced with itunes not being able to find iphone due to their jailbreak by Taig? My itunes will not sync, back up or anything. I was on the phone with apple support for 2 hrs trying to figure it out and he said he's never seen that problem before. It doesn't matter what pc i use it's all the same. Can it be a source in cydia that is corrupting it? Plz help!! email me plz yayaz23@hotmail.com
