I have the App and have tested it using VoIPover3g and...it works perfectly. Obviously the picture quality is better over WiFi, but it works with no problems over 3G if you use VoIPover3g.

never mind, i got it, “com.slingmedia.SlingPlayer” it looks pretty good over 3g to me, works much better than orb so far.

edge looks good but re-optimizes every minute or so, and i didnt really find a way to lessen the quality(assuming because this is only supposed to work on wifi so theres no reason to lessen it to anything below standard quality with that kind of connectiion).
i have a slingbox pro and av, and one thing that happens on the av when you first connect, it gives you a warning that the av is not supported and may work for now, but they seem to leave the possibility open that at any time they might change this?

Another limitation is it requires 2.2.1 firmware which is a problem for yellsn0w users

still think the real reason for not allowing 3g is the fact that AT&T has their own app coming out soon that they will try to charge monthly for.
