Will not unzip file.

Okay I might be an idiot but I've never jailbroken anything before. I have a windows 8 computer and i downloaded it onto there. I went to extract the file to unzip it, it gave me the option to unzip it, but it will not let me click it. The thing that says "extract" is greyed out and will not let me extract. Ive done various things such as putting it in a folder and trying to unzip it but it just wont do it. Idk if its because i have a windows 8 computer or what. But i need serious help here.
