Need Help with Jailbroken Iphone 4

I am new to the Jailbroken community so if my question has appeared before in another forum, I apologize. I recently purchased an Iphone 6, but kept my jailbroken iphone 4. Yesterday, I was playing with the "find iphone" app on my iphone 6 and accidently deleted/errased the iphone 4 data. Now the jailbroken iphone 4 seems to be trying to errase everything I have installed in it but it can't because it is Jailbroken and the wheel is non-stop. It has been like this for a few hours. I hold both bottons down a few seconds and my phone starts again and then seems to respring non-stop! Please help :(. Let me know if you need further info. Again, I am a noob to this techy stuff. Many thanks!!!!
