UNABLE TO FIND SOLUTION...PLEASE HELP

I jailbroke my 4s using taig almost 2 weeks ago, everything seemed to go smoothly. however, when im trying to search in cydia, no results show.....yes, i did hit enter and yes i did refresh. Im stumped. I have looked on internet for a similar problem in hopes of a solution but had no luck. all my main repos are there and everything "looks" normal to me. As you know, I havent downloaded anything since im unable to search for anything. please help if your able : )

Did this issue start after installing a tweak? You may want to uninstall the tweak to see if it helps.
