Has anyone managed to solve this problem with 7.1.2.1 ios / iphone 4
"please make sure you have proper internet connection"
I tried all three options below, but could not solve the problem.
1) Make sure you have the latest version of Pangu.
2) Try using an ethernet cable, if you have one? Wired Connections Usually work faster than Wireless Connections.
3) Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes on your computer (if you have Windows).

Do you have VPN setup on your device? If so, just double check it has been disabled properly.
