Restore to 8.1

Hi guys,
I have an iPhone 5s in recovery mode. I want to install 8.1 from the .ipsw but it gives 3194 error although the link from where I downloaded it showed it was compatible with iPhone 5s. I do not wish to upgrade to 8.1.3. Any help appreciated,

U prolly will need to upgrade to 8.2
