Hanging on the reset progress bar

I have a jailbroken iPhone 5S. My son got ahold of it and did a reset on it and now it just hangs on the progress bar and there seems to be nothing happening. What can I do?

    Try to reboot and keep volume up pushed when booting to get it into safe mode and see if that helps. If boots up prolly some tweak.

    If he did a full reset in settings then you might have a problem.
