Ipad Air failed to update.

My Ipad air WIFI Model A1474. I was trying to update to 8.1.2 I downloaded the iPad4,1_8.1.2_12B440.ispw from this site http://www.ipswdownloader.com/ but it failed to update my ipad air now it is stack at the recovery mode even I did try to manual restore and update again still failed. I don't want to update to latest version 8.2. Is any way to fix this?

You can't update to iOS 8.1.2 as Apple has stopped signing the iOS 8.1.2 firmware file. You will be able to install iOS 8.1.3 or iOS 8.2 (latest update), though both are not jailbreakable if that was the reason you were trying to update to iOS 8.1.2.

Then I update to 8.2 too bad 8.2 don't have a jailbreak. :/
