i have an iPhone 5s jailbroken on 8.1.x i don't remember which one...but yesterday as usual the phone was drained out of battery and when i charged it and waited for it to reboot no response it made only the apple sign comes and then disappears ( goes into a boot loop) and F.Y.I i have Killios in my ifile but not installed it...can anyone help me...or even give me a way (doesn't matter if advanced or rookie way ) to get my data from my phone and then i will fix it but my data it precious...

You still might be able to ssh into it. And then transfer needed files.
Couple times as some tweak did that to me I installed syslogd just rebooted from the command line and read logs to see prob.
Or just try if for some reason on boot pressing volume up/keeping pushed would work. -
You can try the volume up trick. Press the Volume up button when the device is booting up. This should disable the Cydia Substrate based substrate (and hopefully the tweak that is causing the problem). It should ideally not go into a boot loop again. You should be able to access Cydia, and then uninstall tweaks one by one to see which one may be causing the issue.
