Update from IOS 7.1.1 to 8.1.2 and NOT 8.1.3

I recently tried to restore my jailbroken ipad mini running 7.1.1 and now i'm stuck on the apple logo and a loading bar that never moves.
When i try to restore using itunes it wants to update to 8.1.3 and as far as i know, there is no current jailbreak for it. How can i update to 8.1.2 instead on 8.1.3 in order for me to still be able to jailbreak my device?

You cannot update to iOS 8.1.2 as Apple has stopped signing iOS 8.1.2 firmware file.
You can only update to iOS 8.2, which is the latest version, and cannot be jailbroken.
